About Me

From Finance Foundations to Operational Leadership

I started my career in finance — crunching numbers, building reports, and learning what makes a business tick from the inside out. Over a decade in wealth management and institutional investing gave me a deep understanding of financial rigour, data analysis, and commercial decision-making.

But I wanted more than spreadsheets. I saw how operations, people, and processes could transform a business — so I made the leap. I moved into a Head of Operations role at a fast-growing digital marketing agency, and within four years I'd been promoted twice, eventually leading group operations across the UK and Southeast Asia.

Along the way, I've restructured finance departments, built offshore teams from scratch, led M&A due diligence, launched new revenue streams, and introduced AI-driven tools to modernise how teams work. I'm at my best when I can walk into a business, understand what's really going on under the hood, and make it better.
